Dozens of women gathered at the Palace of Justice in Bogota in an act in favor of abortion. They demand that the Council of State – Administrative Court has the power to override the dictates of the government – return the decree that regulates the practice in cases of rape, fetal malformation or when the mother’s life is at risk.
